Throughout these Terms, “Korin’s Card Exchange,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Korin’s Card Exchange. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or person using our website.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and other policies published on our website. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or use this website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, violate another person’s rights, or attempt to bypass purchase limits or security controls.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, release information, and availability. Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Packaging may also differ from displayed images when a manufacturer updates its design.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products are sold as new. Trading-card products do not guarantee any particular card, rarity, value, pull rate, or outcome unless the manufacturer expressly provides such a guarantee.

References to third-party products, brands, characters, and trademarks are provided for identification purposes. Korin’s Card Exchange is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any trademark owner unless we clearly state otherwise.

4. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Product prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

Payments are processed using the payment methods available at checkout. Korin’s Card Exchange does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the provided billing information is accurate.

5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order, but it does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled.

We may contact you to verify order, payment, billing, shipping, or identity information when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or correct an order issue.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

A product is unavailable or incorrectly listed.
A material price or product-information error occurred.
Payment could not be authorized.
The shipping address is incomplete or unsupported.
The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
A customer attempts to bypass a published purchase limit.
We cannot lawfully complete the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PURCHASE LIMITS

Product availability can change without notice. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that product. An item may become unavailable before checkout is completed.

We may apply reasonable per-customer, per-household, or per-order quantity limits to limited or high-demand products. Any applicable limits will be communicated on the product page, during checkout, or directly to the customer.

Attempts to bypass quantity limits using multiple accounts, addresses, payment methods, or automated purchasing tools may result in order cancellation.

7. PRE-ORDERS AND PRE-SALE PRODUCTS

A pre-order is a purchase for a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Pre-order products are charged at checkout unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.

Release dates and availability dates are estimates based on information provided by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers. These dates may change because of production delays, product allocations, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will normally ship together after all products become available. Customers who want available products shipped separately should place separate orders.

If we cannot fulfill a pre-order, we will notify the customer and issue a refund for the unavailable product to the original payment method.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

Processing times, estimated transit times, shipping charges, tracking information, and other delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, address problems, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or ships.

When tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but it cannot be located, customers should check the delivery area, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. Our support team may assist with reviewing available tracking information.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before completing a purchase.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, opened trading-card products cannot be returned after the original factory seal, shrink-wrap, tape, or packaging has been broken, removed, or altered.

This restriction helps protect customers against card manipulation, pack weighing, missing contents, and product resealing.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy. Keep the product, shipping packaging, shipping label, and relevant photographs until the issue has been reviewed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

If an order has already shipped, any eligible return must follow our Refund Policy.

11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, and other conditions disclosed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by a material technical, pricing, or publishing error. If this affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

12. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may restrict or suspend account access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, our store, or the security of our services.

13. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND COMMUNICATIONS

When you submit a review, message, photograph, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, unrelated to the relevant product, or otherwise inappropriate.

Submitting a support request authorizes us to respond using the contact information you provide. Do not send complete payment-card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, passwords, or other sensitive credentials through email or our contact form.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The original website design, store branding, written content, graphics, and other materials created or owned by Korin’s Card Exchange are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit our original content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, product images, characters, product names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

16. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We work to maintain a secure and reliable website, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We are not responsible for temporary website unavailability caused by maintenance, hosting problems, internet failures, third-party services, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee that every product description, release date, availability estimate, or website feature will always be complete or error-free. If a material error affects an order, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
